graduated from the University of Colorado with a BFA in Dance. Her training includes Perry Mansfield School of the Performing Arts, American Dance Festival, Harvard Dance Festival, EDGE Scholarship, Gus Giordano and Hubbard Dance Street. Her credits include commercials and industrials for Godiva, L'Oreal, Reebok, Toys R Us, Universal Studios, Volkswagen and Warner Brothers. Jess worked on the tour of HAIR as Dance Captain for years, performed for the opening premiers of Moulin Rouge and The Great Gatsby and can be seen in such movies as Living Out Loud and Between The Sheets. She has danced in or been the assistant choreographer to the Elan Awards, Bob Fosse Awards, Ms. America Pageant, Carnival, Dance Break and Broadway Bares.
Jess has choreographed the New York musicals "The Shaggs", "The Book Of The Dun Cow" and "Dead City" as well as the movie musical "Free Fall". She has choreographed the music video "Just A Dress" for the Berlin Film Festival, "Mia Agapi Fotia" for European artist Sofia Strati's Eurovision and has been a finalist for the ACE Awards.
Jess has taught at Universities and Festivals throughout Canada, Costa Rica, Cyprus, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Norway and the United States. Jess has danced with "The Wes Veldink Movement" and co-created her own company "Two Peas & A Pod". She has created live work for "A Great Big World" at Brooklyn Academy of Music, set work for Carnegie Hall and assisted with choreography for the Alicia Keys tour. Jess recently debuted work on Houston METdance, Marymount Manhattan College, Point Park University and Wanderlust. She is currently an adjunct professor at Pace University in New York City, on faculty with 24 Seven Dance Convention and a Co-Founder of Dancers Give Back Dallas.
Cheryl Copeland graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Having studied and performed extensively in Florida, New York, Texas, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, her training and technical expertise are reflected in her classes and choreography. She has worked under such notable choreographers as Milton Myers, Mia Michaels, Lisa Hopkins, and Kim Bears-Bailey. Finding her true passion behind the scenes, Cheryl gave up a career in performing for a much more fulfilling career in choreography and education. She has served as resident choreographer for Teen Dance Company of the Bay Area, and as artistic director of pre-professional companies; Breakthru Dance, DAC PAC, and Humnz Dance Ensemble, as well as her professional company BHumn Dance Company. She owned BHumn DanceSpace, the leading training facility for modern dance in Austin, TX for four years and then retired as owner and headed to NYC to serve as the Director of Education at Peridance Capezio Center, where she established programming, ran audition tours, and managed faculty for three years. She finds herself as creatively pushed in dance administration as much as she does in choreography. Now back home, she is the founder and artistic director of BHumn Arts Ensemble in Austin, TX. As an educator, Cheryl’s students have received countless awards and scholarships, and gone on to dance with artists such as Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, and can be seen in numerous national commercials. Many of her students find themselves pursuing dance degrees at various colleges all over the United States including USC Kaufman, Juilliard, SUNY Purchase, NYU, and Boston Conservatory amongst others. As a choreographer, she has won several awards including a Choreography Under the Stars finalist cash award, and has choreographed full length works for the Fordham Ailey BFA program and Peridance Certificate Program. These choreographic praises keep Cheryl in demand amongst studios and universities all over the country. Previously, Cheryl has been an instructor at Peridance Capezio Center, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, Edge PAC, Ballet Austin, Millennium Dance Complex, and Broadway Dance Center. Cheryl is looking forward to all of the new opportunities and adventures coming her way and trusts that because of her diverse background, hands on approach, and her ever changing creative mind, she will continue creating innovative work and cultivating beautiful talent for years to come!
Terrill Mitchell is a professional dancer, teacher, choreographer, and consultant who relocated to Houston, TX after receiving his B.A. in Dance from Point Park University’s Conservatory of the Performing Arts. Terrill is the founder of HTX Connect, a platform designed to connect the local dance community by providing resources and various events. He was a seven-year company member with the Houston Metropolitan Dance Company (Met Dance) and has served as a faculty member for both the professional company and pre-professional company. He has worked with companies such as Attack Theatre, Pittsburgh Opera, West Virginia Public Theatre, Playhouse Dance Company as well as performed in several industrial performances. Since joining the Houston MET he has performed works from choreographers such as: Caleb Mitchell, Jason Parsons, Spencer Gavin Hering, Jess Hendricks, Joe Celej, jhon r stronks, Kiesha Lalama, Peter Chu, Salim Gauwloos, Jason McDole, Kiki Lucas, Kate Skarpetowska, Lauren Edson and Larry Keigwin. He has performed at venues such as The Dance Gallery Festival, Bayou City Arts Festival, Artopia, Texas Contemporary Dance Festival and the APAP Conference. He has also had the pleasure of performing in the Boston Dance Festival and Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Dance Festival in Massachusetts. Additionally, Terrill was chosen as one of Houston’s 100 creatives in 2014. As a teacher and choreographer, Terrill has set works on Houston Contemporary, Houston Contemporary 2, MET dance, Wanderlust Dance Project, St. Johns School, Contemporary Ballet Dallas and has also traveled the coasts for competitive studios, dance teams and youth companies. He served as a choreographer for the educational outreach program for MET dance and has worked training other pre-professional dancers in Houston. Additionally, has had the opportunity to choreograph for the world-famous Kilgore Rangerette Dance Team and has served as a consultant for the Texas Tech Pom Squad, Sam Houston State University Dance Team, the West Virginia University Dance
Team and TJC Apache Belles.
Terrill has a decade of experience as a company director and educator for pre-
professional organizations. His students have attended prestigious college programs such as Point Park University, PACE University, Julliard, University of Arizona, Sam Houston State University, George Mason University, Texas Christian University, Julliard, and AMDA, and more! Terrill travels the U.S. as a faculty member with Dupree Dance
Convention and is represented by GO 2 TALENT AGENCY.
Andrew Mulet, a Miami native, obtained his BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University in 2019. His love for movement is encompassed by his diverse background and versatile training. Andrew’s credits include Shakira, Kylie Minogue, Dove Cameron, Mean Girls (2024), The MET Gala and more. In addition to his continued performance career, he has had the honor of presenting work as a finalist at the Young Choreographer’s Festival, the YoungArts Foundation, and the Capezio A.C.E. Awards. Andrew is thrilled to share his passion for dance, and looks forward to sharing space with other creative minds.
Eoghan Dillon was born in Ireland and raised in Ottawa, Canada, where he began his dance training. In 2012, he earned a full scholarship to pursue his studies at the Ailey School in New York City, where he had the privilege of training under renowned professionals such as Milton Meyers, Francesca Harper, Bradley Shelver, and others. After joining Parsons Dance in 2014, Eoghan quickly progressed from a dancer to Rehearsal Director and shortly after was appointed as the company’s Artistic Associate in 2020. He worked alongside David Parsons to perform and maintain pieces by esteemed artists like Robert Battle, Kate Skarpetowska, Trey McIntyre, Ephrat Asherie, Chanel Da Silva, among others. Eoghan has toured, taught, and choreographed extensively across the United States and Europe. Notable commissions include works for Parsons Dance, METDance, Dark Circles Contemporary Dance Company, Ballet Memphis, and The Institute of Contemporary Dance. Recognized for his choreographic strengths, Eoghan was a Finalist for the Capezio A.C.E Awards in 2019 and was selected as one of The Irish Echo's “Top 40 under 40” in 2023.
His contributions to the dance world have been featured in international publications such as Metro Roma, The New York Times, Ottawa Life Magazine, The Tyrone Times in Ireland, and The Gap’s “Dress Normal'' Campaign.
Recently, Eoghan added a new dimension to his career by joining the cast of The Radio City Christmas Spectacular and with his company, Red Rhino Dance, Eoghan remains dedicated to the mission of spreading inclusive dance globally.
Adam Peterson is a Netherlands based performer, teacher and choreographer. Originally from Sacramento, California Adam graduated from the Dominican University of California/ Alonzo King LINES Ballet BFA program in 2011. Since 2012 Adam has been an ensemble member of Club Guy and Roni, performing the works of Guy Weizman and Roni Haver throughout Europe. As a maker he has worked with Club Guy and Roni’s Poetic Disasters Club, Alonzo King LINES Ballet BFA and Summer programs, ArtEZ University for the Arts and Het Houten Huis for which he won the Jonge Zwaan award for best choreography for a youth dance production in the Netherlands for 2023.
Will Thomas moved from Detroit to Los Angeles when he was 18, and dove into the professional dance industry. He continued his studies in dance, and acting as he began to work professionally. Will realized that his strength was his versatility, and because of this, was cast for television, film, commercials, and stage. He also realized, from the beginning, that one of his goals was to pass the information that he was learning on to others, so he started teaching at a very early age. Will was turning a childhood dream into a career that not only changed his life, but also changed the lives of thousands of young, hopeful dancers as he traveled the world teaching. Will's commercial resume reads like a "who's who" list. Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Zendaya, Rita Ora, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Brenden Urie, Patti Labelle, Chris Daughtry, Michelle Williams and more. Televisions shows such as The VMA's, the EMMY'S, the Critics Choice Awards, Radio Disney Music Awards, So You Think You CanDance, Nashville, Ellen, Hit the Floor, Parenthood, World of Dance, Superstore, Rupaul's Drag Race. X Factor, 20/20. Pitch Perfect 3, Marry Me, Renfield, and Spirited, where he is dancing and acting next to Will Ferrel and Ryan Reynolds. One of Will's proudest accomplishments was achieved on the Masked Singer where he advanced from dancer, to assistant choreographer, to choreographer; and has continued his role for the past five seasons. Those who know Will, understand that he has a lot of energy and the determination to make things happen. When he’s not on set or at rehearsal, he travels with LA DanceMagic Dance Convention as a long-time faculty member. He says that's where his dreams began, and he loves teaching kids who are standing exactly where he did. He is grateful to his mentor, Jackie Sleight, who paved the way. Now Will and Jackie are dedicated to working as co-directors of the Los Angeles Jazz Company to preserve and advance the art of jazz dance.
Nick Drago, a native Texan and graduate of Oklahoma City University, is a dancer, writer and producer for the film and television industry. Drago, now residing in Los Angeles, has appeared in roles in front of, as well as behind the camera, in numerous productions over the past 20+ years. His television performance credits include Scrubs, Wizards of Waverly Place, Brooklyn
Nine-Nine, Fresh Beat Band, Dancing with the Stars, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Lucifer, Schooled, Bravo’s Step It Up & Dance, Terminator, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Wet Hot American Summer, How I Met Your Mother, Goliath, The Afterparty, Chippendales, Bob Hearts Abishola, Fuller House & Glee.
Drago’s live televised performances include MTV’s VMAs, Fashion Rocks with Rihanna, The Backstreet Boys, The Emmys, Golden Globes, The Video Game Awards and The People’s Choice Awards. He has been fortunate to dance in music videos for Jessica Simpson (Boots), My Chemical Romance (Helena), Finger Eleven (Paralyzer), Capital Cities (Safe and Sound) and others for One Republic, Duran Duran, Demi Lovato, Will Butler, Melody Gardot, and the
All American Rejects. Among others, he has appeared in films such as La La Land, Alvin & The Chipmunks (as Theodore’s Dance Double), The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure, Hop, The Muppets, G.I. Joe 2, Vice and Renfield. Commercially, Drago has worked with Exxon-Mobil gasoline, Jaegermeister, Smithfield Ham, Ford, Dickies, Delta, San Miguel Beer and RINVOQ. He has also appeared alongside Jillian Michaels (The Biggest Loser), and Leslie Sansone (Walk At Home) as talent in their respective fitness videos and as an approved on-air guest for QVC. While still performing, Drago is also a writer focusing on features, but has been hired to write for award shows, music videos, independent shorts, concepts, and numerous projects in the fitness industry.
